The Barn


Barn Rental Information

The barn can be rented for a minimum of 3 hours, on weekends during the months of April and May for smaller occasions. We can seat up to 60 people inside the barn. The charge is $280 for the 3 hour rental and $85 for each additional hour. We charge a $50 deposit to hold the date, and it will be refunded if all provisions are met. Payment is due the day of your event. Currently, we are booking for 2021 & 2022 seasons. Sorry, we are not open during the winter months due to the barn not being heated. We do, however, accommodate for venue showings all year around.

  • 3 coffee makers
  • refrigerator
  • microwave
  • on site restroom facilities
  • chalkboard sign by the road announcing your event
  • parking signs to inform your guests where to go

  • parking at the church lot across the street and along the cemetery
  • beautifully landscaped yard to take photos to commemorate the occasion
  • swing set, basketball hoop, and fish trough for the kiddos

  • vintage china and Mason jar mugs, available for rental
  • small propane heater to take the chill off in the spring and fall

Q: Are you charged for setting up and tearing down?

A: No, we take care of all that. You are also not charged, for the time it takes for you to bring in your own items and removal of them. You are only charged for the length of your event.

Q: Can I bring in my own food?

A: Yes

Q: Can I bring in a caterer?

A: Yes

Q: Can we have alcohol? 

A: Yes, as long as you provide it.


Q: How much to rent the vintage China?

A: $1.50 per place setting. A place setting includes 2 items. You can choose from a dinner plate, salad plate, dessert plate, small/berry bowl, soup bowl, teacup and saucer. We also have serving bowls, small and large platters, soup tureen's, creamer and sugar bowls, and gravy boats for $1.00 each. 

Q: How much to rent the glass Mason jar mugs? 

A: .25 cents per mug

Q: What if we go over our allotted window of time?

A:  Not a problem, you can make up the difference at the end of your event.

Q: Can we get into the barn the day before? 

A: It depends if there is an event before yours. You can always ask.

Q: Do you have air-conditioning? 

A: No, however we do have numerous fans

Q: Do you have heat?

A: We have a little propane heater that heats up the main section of the barn quite comfortably.
