Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding & Reception Package for up to 125 Guests $4300
Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding Ceremony on the Grounds and Reception in the Barn & Tent
Includes: 20 x 40 frame tent and up to 125 guests from 9 am to 11 pm.
A $500 deposit to hold the date
What is included?
- 125 white wedding chairs set up and taken down in the area of your choosing for your wedding ceremony
- use of our French doors with sheer curtains, iron arch with drapery, chippy white pillars, whiskey barrels and more for your ceremony entry
- 125 elegant, wooden cross-back chairs for the reception
- all set-up and tear down is taken care of by Liberty Farm staff
- round and rectangular tables with white floor length linens
- parking for cars across the street at the church and along the cemetery
- Shepherd’s hooks with mason jars hanging from them along aisleway
- fogging of the grounds
- beautifully landscaped yard for your wedding photos
- two handicap-accessible restrooms with flushing toilets' and hot-running water at sink
- can bring in your own food/caterer and beverages/alcohol

- Edison lights strung from poles and along fences
- vintage China and Mason jar mugs available for rental
- live wood bar with 4 wine barrels for cocktail tables
- brides and bridesmaids get use of the bridal suite for hair, makeup and getting dressed

- giant yard games for guest to play inside or outdoors
- 5 large, galvanized tubs to hold drinks
- multiple dance floor options
- chalkboard signs announcing the event by the road, in the barn and throughout the yard
- use of Liberty Farms decorations, if you choose
- rustic chandeliers hung from the tent ceiling and Edison lighting around the inside of the tent and vintage sofas for guests to relax
- small fire pit available, must bring own wood
- Rehearsal dinner Friday night for 3 hours. Can bring all of your decorations, beverages, food, etc....you can rehearse, decorate and have dinner

Mini Monday thru Thursday Wedding Package $375
This is for the couple who only wants a small number of their closest friends and family to celebrate their special day, but also don't want to get married at the courthouse.
$100 deposit to hold the date
What is included?
- wedding ceremony held on a weekday, Monday thru Thursday
- 35 guests of less (number of guests can be increased with an additional fee, but not exceeding 50)
- white, wedding chairs set-up and taken down in an area of your choosing
- use of our French doors with sheer curtains, iron arch with drapery, whiskey barrels, or chippy white pillars and more for your ceremony entry
- all set-up and tear-down is taken care of by Liberty Farm staff
- parking for cars across the street at the church
- Shepherd's hooks with mason jars hanging from them to line the aisleway
- chalkboard sign announcing the event by the road
- fogging of the wedding area
- a beautifully landscaped yard for your wedding photos
- two handicap-accessible restrooms with flushing toilets' and hot-running water at sink
- 2 hour window of time
- use of Liberty Farms decorations, if you choose
- will provide a licensed, wedding officiant to lead the ceremony, for an additional $150
- weekday weddings begin May 15 and run thru October 19, 2023
Mini Monday thru Thursday Wedding and Reception Package $1200
$300 deposit to hold the date.

- 35 white wedding chairs set–up and taken down in an area of your choosing

- parking for cars across the street at the church

- fogging of wedding area
- chalkboard sign announcing the event at the road
- beautifully landscaped yard for wedding photos

- will provide a licensed wedding officiant to lead the ceremony, for an additional $150
