You have 3 hours Friday evening and however much time you need before your ceremony on Saturday available to you. I also will help with the decorating if you would like me to.
A portion of the deposit is kept and is non-refundable. Please see individual contract for that exact amount. Majority of the deposit will be refunded to you within one week after your wedding, if all is satisfactory. The same rule applies if you should cancel your event before the 180 day cut off. If you cancel your wedding, within 180 days of your wedding, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
Yes, me. I am ordained by the Universal Life Church and can perform your wedding ceremony. The fee is $150.
We would move your wedding indoors to the barn and tent.
Yes, you can have a DJ and personal sound system (iPhone and speaker). We strongly encourage you to use our in-house DJ to make sure all rules and regulations are complied with. All music must be turned off by 10:00 p.m. due to the Bedford Township noise ordinance. Please remember we are in a residential neighborhood so keeping all music and microphones to an acceptable volume is mandatory (55 decibels on the property lines). Unfortunately, we can not have bands, because we are not able to control the volume.
$2.00 per place setting. A place setting includes 3 items. You can choose from a dinner plate, salad plate, dessert plate, small/berry bowls, soup bowls, and teacups and saucers. For additional items add .50 cents per item. We also have serving bowls, small and large platters, soup tureen's, cream and sugar bowls, and gravy boats for $1.00 each.
Yes, three. We can use the pergola in the backyard as a dance floor. It has lights and electricity. We also just recently installed a new brick paver patio in front of the barn and tent and the center of the barn can be used as well.
We do. Liberty Farm has a reputation for being very relaxing and stress free for our brides and grooms. We will take care of setting up the ceremony site, the reception area, the bar, etc.... Your job is to enjoy your special day.
Yes. We are booked every Friday, Saturday and Sunday so we need all belongings removed that evening so that we can clean and .prepare for the next day's event.
